1. Who we are

HALLMARK Coaching ("we") runs this website and the coaching service behind it. We are the data controller for the information collected here. Contact us about anything on this page via Instagram @hallmark.coaching or by replying to any email we send you.

2. What we collect, and why

• Coaching applications - your name, email, Instagram handle (optional), and your answers about your goals, training history and readiness. Used solely to review your application, contact you about it, and - during the founding intake - to administer the giveaway. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
• Consultation bookings - your name, email, Instagram handle (optional) and chosen time. Used to run your consultation and send you the details. Same legal basis as above.
• Free guide downloads - your email and your consent choice. Used to send the guide and, only if you ticked yes, occasional coaching emails. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying "unsubscribe".

The free calculators run entirely in your browser - the numbers you enter are not sent to us or stored by us. If you choose to save your details for convenience, they're kept on your own device only.

3. Where it's stored

Application, booking and guide data is stored securely with Supabase (our database provider) and delivered to us by Web3Forms (email notifications). Both process data on our instructions with encryption in transit and at rest. We don't sell your data, share it with third parties for their marketing, or use advertising trackers on this site.

4. How long we keep it

Applications and bookings are kept while your enquiry is live and for up to 12 months afterwards, so we can pick the conversation back up if you return. Guide-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe. If you become a client, the information becomes part of your coaching records for as long as you're coached with us.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us at any time to: see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how it's used, or object to it being used. Just ask - there's no form, no fee, and we'll act within one month. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

6. Cookies and local storage

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. We measure traffic with our own privacy-friendly analytics: each visit records only the page viewed, the referring site, your device type (mobile or desktop) and a random session identifier that exists for a single browsing session and is never linked to you. No cookies are set, no IP addresses are stored by us, nothing follows you across the web, and we honour your browser's "Do Not Track" setting. Local storage is used for small functional things only - remembering that you've seen the founding intake welcome once, and (if you choose) saving calculator inputs on your own device.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date below.
